Hi there pao_alfonso...
We are very proud of how friendly the gang here is and are glad you've joined us. There is every level of knowledge here so feel free to jump into the forum and set up your album too in the Gallery no matter if you have just gotten your first camera today or have been a professional since the time of large format cameras.
If you need help, the Shoutbox works well, and is a great way to pass the time too. :)
Make yourself at home and enjoy sharing this wonderful art form here at
:cp:
Hello from the Philippines! :) thanks for the welcome. I hope to get to know more fellow christian photographers here. ;)
pao_alfonso, it's lovely to have you here. Please make yourself right at home. Tell us a little bit about yourself...where you live and what kind of camera you use.
How did you find Christian Photographers?
Ohhh, you were posting as I was!
A really big :welcome: all the way to the Philippines!!! Not sure but I don't think we have any other members in the Philippines.
Thanks for coming in here, Pao! It's great to have someone from P.I. Are you from Manila?
hello guys! yeah i'm from manila, it's about 10PM here, and I just came home from church. i found the forum through Google. I just search "christian photographers" and you were the first in the search results. :D
I'm new in photography and I'm still fiddling around with the Nikon D40 my husband gave me as a birthday present a few weeks ago. :)
Hi Pao please to have you here on CP come on over to "Thought for the week" forum and get to know all of us here. That is where we meet every day to talk about our day and plans for the day what we have been doing etc.

It is so good to "see" you here. I have friends who are ministering in the Philippines ... been there for 20+ years. :)
Hello from Michael in England, a great welcome to you from myself, hope you have a great time with us, I've just found that you'd joined us when I opened Yahoo mail, so have a great time, and I'm sure you will be blessed here, anything you want to know just ask, as were all experts.
pao_alfonso: Is this your first and last name or just your first name?
Welcome to CP.
I found this site long ago by invitation from Pat who was on another site I was posting on. It's funny how people find their way here.

They are Don and Barbara Arney, founders of
Our God Reigns! Mission, Inc. We were in Bible School together (graduated in 1982) and, all of a sudden, I can't think of the name of the place where their Bible School/Training Center is -- Rivers of Life Ministry Training Center, including schools, community development and tribal literacy ... They train pastors/workers and establish churches all over the area.
Some of their work includes more than 60 city and tribal churches. Filipino missionaries working in Kazakhstan, United Arab Emirates, Mongolia,Thailand and Malaysia; churches planted among five tribal groups in Mindanao: the Mandaya, Manobo, Mamanwa, Dibabawan, and Omayamnum.
TMI, sorry .... I just praise God for allowing me to be associated with them. ;)
oh wow, what a wonderful ministry they have! i'm familiar with the rivers of life training center, although i've never been there myself. :)
