Good Morning to our new online forum!!
A good a long time friend referred us to Christian Photographers us..Hello Gordie! We were asked to introduce ourselves. We are not avid photographers but our daughter is. My wife and I have been married for 26 years and have two grown children Sarah 22 and Nathan 20.
Life has brought us after 20 years living in the same home ( where our kids have grown up ) :)  :'( a move. Sorting, purging, recycling and stuff to the dump. Wow, what we collect over that many years.
My wife Michele is a administrator/bookkeeper for a local chapter of Youth for Christ and works at a Christian book store as well. I am on a disability pension as of 2011 after having to stop work with a long term health issue. I also have a home based business  I am building which I just love.
Our children are still with us, our oldest is studying online and has not been able to work due to health issues as well. Our youngest works full time.
Please pray as we move Oct 1 and for Sarah who have surgery Sept 5 to once and for all put an end to her year of pain and discomfort.

Again welcome  SHUTTKM  If Gordie is the same Gord Brown that I know you have probably heard him talk about Pat and Judy.  Pat owns this site and I am sister Judy.

Sorry to hear about the health issues.  We will be praying for you with this. 

Join us in Thoughts for the Week, tell us about your day/week and what the Lord is doing in your life.  To find "Thoughts" click on Forum and scroll down to Thoughts.  Also another way you can access what is new is to go to "Show unread posts since last visit." beside your name.  That will bring up all the posts you have yet to see.

At the bottom of the Thoughts postings you will see a "button" saying "notify". If you click on that in all the posts you will be notified about all the new posts. You can do this with all the different forums.

Thanks for the reply..yes that 's the same Gord. We have known the Browns for 27 years. We left Toronto ON after 3 years on our own after we were married. We have kept in contact with them ever since.
If you know Gord we affectionately call him Gordie since he is Scottish..so hence Gooorrrddiiee! ;D

They are indeed good friends!
