Just a colourful after dark scene in the heart of Charley Lancashire. It look like a plane passed by as I took the shot, but it would have had to have been flying incredibly low to pass between the camera and the town hall clock. Bur the streak is on all of the shots I took that night, so its a reflection, but of what? I was outside, so something must parallel it in the lower part of the picture.
