Wow this is a fantastic Shot. How do they light them up in the different colors.
I was on the US side and the lights are shinning from the Canada side.
Yup Canada has the lights. You can see the Horseshoe at the back.

No, we didn't go to the Canadian side. I was told you have to have a passport to cross and we didn't have them.

Passports officially is not needed yet as long as you have photo ID...that is fr Canadians coming home. USA has needed a passport for about a year. It is tough that was never needed before.
It seems a little pointless, doesn't it? A few years ago, I was disappointed to see how much harder it was to cross the border between the US and Canada.
It's a worse world than we had before, I'm afraid.
