That certainly is an unusual building! Like Judy, I'm curious as to its use. Great night time contrast! :)
This is Mrs. Barbarian's view. Her somewhat longer exposure picked up some muddy brownish urban light in the sky, so I shifted the color back toward blue. From the shape, I'm guessing it's a performance hall, built to optimize acoustics.

I just discovered that it is the Murchison Performance Center.
