This is the Manchester ship canal around Salford quays area, new office developments on the right of the picture, the sun just broke through a gap in the clouds for the last time creating a light track across the water, Clouds courtesy of God.
the spikes of light in the clouds makes the track of likht in the water appear to be a candle! What a beautiful shot!
