Oldiesmann: I'm not aware of any Jenny. Not sure why activity has died down on this site so much though 2023-06-12, 00:06:36

JennyW: Also, does anyone know other photo sharing sites that are Christian? 2023-05-16, 08:47:03

JennyW: Hello Everyone! I really miss activity on this site. I've been discouraged by photography sites where you have to sort through so much explicit content in order to see photos that truly glorify God. I'd love to see this site pick up again. 2023-05-16, 08:46:36

Janet: Carol, I am just reading this.  So sorry for your loss, glad your beloved Don knew the Lord and you have the assurance of his eternity  and that you WILL see him again.  Much love to you.  Janet 2022-06-18, 08:49:36

Carol: My husband Don is with the angels.....Our family was able to hold  ourselves together for the last moments.  Juar rhoufhr you might want to know. 2022-04-29, 23:35:15

Carol: Thankful:  Don is home from hospital.  I found him unconscious with head outside on the floor and the rest was in the shower.  At the same moment, one son was walking through the front door to visit.  Two fire trucks came racing in and they took over After 2021-12-29, 22:01:26

Experimenting again with a 400mm lens, the exposure for the moon was 125/F5.6, the landscape was given an exposure of ten minutes at F8. This time I shot the moon, then tentioned the film slightly with the rewind crank, released the film rewind button, held both buttons down with two fingers, and re-cocked the shutter with the film advance leaver, repositioned the camera for the landscape, the moon just above the line of the hill and exposed on B ror the landscape. The red colour cast? Reciprosity failure in the film, can't remember the brand of film I was using at the time.

Very nice.   Organic photoshopping.   Well done, indeed.

Great job summicron, The one thing that is not available is the ability to do multiple exposures in a digital camera, as it can be done in a film camera, I used to use a Nikon FM-2 for wedding, and portrait work, and I used it to many multiple exposures in the camera using the tecnique you described.  We would mark the leader of the film though as well as the sproket to be sure that the film was always in the same spot, rewinding slowly you can feel the leader pop off the spool before it goes into the film holder.  Yeah that is one thing I miss in these digital camera's...

Larry boy there are pro's and con's with both digital and film.  Perhaps the way to go is to use and have both with you on outings.  I realize the weight would be a problem, but maybe.  I have yet to experiment with film, I don't have the knowledge for that.

I do like this picture,  as Scotty says It left me speachless as well!
