A very wet wintery afternoon in Accrington. Notice the gaming establishment is called winners, not losers, that is why there is a travel agents shop right next door, and a charity shop, Help The Aged at the other side. When you come out of winners rolling in money, you go in Thompsons, book the holiday of a lifetime, get kitted out for your vacation, and donate some of your old kit to Age Concern, to help the less fortunate winners, who've not done as well as you on the slots next door. Mind you this is how I like my weather, keep the sunshine. I was trying out an Olympus F1.4 Zuiko lens using the lens wide open, when I came across this wet and wonderful scene. Aren't you lot glad I kissed the Blarney stone.

I gotta say I like the coloured reflections on the roadway. That is quite unique. I never would have thought of taking a picture like this!
Striking! ;)
Yes, that's great. It would have been merely interesting, if not for that pedestrian. As usual, ordinary subject, great composition.
