Title: Gyp
Post by: Pat on August 07, 2007, 10:02:33 PM

"But, Pat..."

"...I'm sorry for digging out your new plants,
and I'm sorry for getting up onto the patio table
and knocking everything off,
and I'm sorry for chewing up all
your plastic potting pots and I'm sorry for..."

"Forgive me, Pat?

What an expressive face.   They really are good at communicating their feelings, and understanding ours.  Intellectually, they aren't very bright, but emotionally, they are as intelligent as humans are.

It's so funny when they realize they've done something wrong, that it's hard to stay angry with them.

I was thinking as I clicked to come here that I would love to see more pictures of Gyp.

I bet he is getting big now?  He has a beautifully expressive face/eyes.

Did he really do all that?  Get into that much mischief?  Wow the joys of a toddler!

OK now you have treated us with these let's see some more, if possible with Geordie?  And maybe Lauren?

Story of my life really, never a day goes past where I'm knocking things over, dropping things on the floor, blundering into things, I'm surprised there's anything left of this place. And you've caught him well, eyes in sharp focus.
I wonder what Barbarian wrote (It's so funny when they realize they've done something wrong, that it's hard to stay angry with them) is the way God sees His children?

Thanks for all the comments on Gyp.  I miss him a lot.  He now lives with Judy.

Love the first picture, the tongue really adds some personality.  I don't know that I ever heard...why did Gyp go live with Judy?

I got Gyp before I met Paul.

The training of a border collie is long and it didn't fit in with meeting a new friend (Paul) and falling in love!  ;)
