Wonderful picture!  Big furry coats and lots of warmth, they love playing in the snow.

My daughter had a german shepherd mix who was totally convinced that snow was created just for her enjoyment.

Notice the snow on her back/hindquarters. It didn't seem to bother her at all.

I think I posted a photo of Smokey doing the same thing...
