If it tastes anything like it looks i can see why it is a delicacy. Wish i had some of those seed. What is it called?

It's a variety of lotus. This link might give you an idea.

Wow. Your detail and DOF in this is amazing. GOD is amazing! He is such an awesome creator. Nice verse w/the image. I love it.
