Oohh, KARMA, I love that photo!  Clouds do this to me all the time anyway, but you've chosen the perfect scripture to go with this shot!  Thanks. ;)

I love it, Karma!  I once had a dream of being raptured, and it was so real I could even feel the wind blowing through my hair as I sailed up to meet Him!  Wonderful!  And that one will come true, too!  :D

I used to be terrified of the rapture.  To the point that I felt like I was doubting God.  I knew I was saved, and I knew it would be awesome, but preaching on the "end times" scared the be-geezles out of me.  So, I started praying, "Jesus, please, let me get over this fear, and joyfully anticipate your return."
Not long afterwards, I had a dream where I met Jesus face to face.  The peace replaced the fear!  Now, any time I get anxious about what is to come, I remember that dream!

Caroleen's comment reminded me of this hymn...

It Will Be Worth It All[/color] (http://www.christianphotographers.com/sounds/whenwese.mid)

Words and music by Esther Kerr Rusthoi

Oft times the day seems long, our trials hard to bear,
We're tempted to complain, to murmur and despair;
But Christ will soon appear to catch His Bride away,
All tears forever over in God's eternal day.

Refrain
It will be worth it all when we see Jesus,
Life's trials will seem so small when we see Christ;
One gliimpse of His dear face all sorrow will erase,
So bravely run the race till we see Christ.

Sometimes the sky looks dark with not a ray of light,
We're tossed and driven on , no human help in sight;
But there is one in heav'n who knows our deepest care,
Let Jesus solve your problem - just go to Him in pray'r.

Refrain
It will be worth it all when we see Jesus,
Life's trials will seem so small when we see Christ;
One gliimpse of His dear face all sorrow will erase,
So bravely run the race till we see Christ.

Life's day will soon be o'er, all storms forever past,
We'll cross the great divide, to glory, safe at last;
We'll share the joys of heav'n - a harp, a home, a crown,
The tempter will be banished, we'll lay our burden down.

Refrain
It will be worth it all when we see Jesus,
Life's trials will seem so small when we see Christ;
One gliimpse of His dear face all sorrow will erase,
So bravely run the race till we see Christ.

It will be worth it all!

At one of the churches I used to go to, there was a lady who had lost like 4 or 5 immediate family members to cancer within like 2 years.  She used to sing a song about how when she got to heaven, it would all look so little from there.

God is Good.

Oh, goodness, friends, that's an awe inspiring photo. Just gives us the tiniest glimmer of His wonderful glory when he returns.
