This is one of the photos requested for our church calender for next year, it was such an honor watching this sunrise form into something that would provide light for the rest of our day.

It's simply gorgeous and what a wonderful verse to go with it.

Pat, this photo was taken down along the waterfront not far from where we used to live Brisbane Queensland, Australia, my daughter and I got up at 4:30am to watch the sunrise, we almost missed it because it was a freezing ovrecast day and the sky was already light, so we thought the sun wouldn't shine through the cloud cover (i'm new to watching sunrises as before this I had never watched one from beginning to end) i'm so glad we stuck around, it was such a beautiful thing to watch.
