Oldiesmann: I'm not aware of any Jenny. Not sure why activity has died down on this site so much though 2023-06-12, 00:06:36

JennyW: Also, does anyone know other photo sharing sites that are Christian? 2023-05-16, 08:47:03

JennyW: Hello Everyone! I really miss activity on this site. I've been discouraged by photography sites where you have to sort through so much explicit content in order to see photos that truly glorify God. I'd love to see this site pick up again. 2023-05-16, 08:46:36

Greetings:

This season, my favorite wife (and the only one.) came up with this brilliant idea of filling up a glass jar with Christmas balls. It looks so simple, but the ambient lights illuminating it, create an interesting effects thus making it so strikingly beautiful!

So, yesterday I was really drawn to it and played with my imagination in different angles and in a variety of lighting techniques.

This morning, after reviewing all the shots, I chose this one.
The tea light in the foreground represents Jesus. The Jar is God and the Christmas balls inside it are the ones who believed and prayed through Jesus, and through Jesus only.

This Christmas, let us remind ourselves and the others around us that the celebration of Christmas is centered on the birth of Jesus. Not Santa, not Frosty, not the tree but the baby in Bethlehem.
_ It has always been about Jesus all along.

MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!

Mario, what a wonderful analogy to go with the most fundamental scripture and a beautiful picture.

May you and yours enjoy all the blessings of Christmas.
