Title: Adding colour to BxW images
Post by: Backpacker1uk on June 30, 2007, 06:27:59 AM
This technique is simple and nice when taking wedding photos.

Of course we are starting with a colour photo to begin with in this technique.

Adding colour to a original BxW is another technique.

Open your photo and layers window.   Right click on mouse click on duplicate layer.

Go to image adjustments and hue saturation move slider for saturation to left which is minus sign we now have a BxW image.

The image should now be above the colour image layer.

All we do now is take the eraser tool and rub over the desired areas to bring forth the colour underneath.

Looks good when the bride has her flower arrangement in her arms.
