I would love to see a weekly challenge here.  I can start off by putting a photo in here (no bigger than 500 pix on the longest side.  Everybody who wants to get into the challenge can copy the image take it to photoshop and doctor it up to the point where they think it will be better than everybody else's.  Once we have 7 entries you cannot get involved into the competition but you can still post your image for fun.  When we have 7 entries we will have a poll with with seven answers each answer is the name of one of the participants.  The winner will get to post their a pic of their choice for the next competition.  Am I clear here.  If you have any questions just post it here.
