Hi everyone. I recently got some alarming news about a good friend. Kim has been diagnosed with an advanced form of cancer, with tumors in both her esophagus and liver. She is in the hospital here in Guelph, and I visited her after church this afternoon.

She seemed in a good frame of mind, and is trusting that the Lord is with her.

Please pray for her situation, and also for her fiancé Nick and siblings as they cope with this news.

On a side note, I am both pleased and thankful re my arm's healing. I should be back to work on the 14th of March. Lord willing.

Father, honestly, I don't know how to pray for Kim, except that I do pray You'll use this dangerous illness to draw her to Yourself and to make her aware of Your presence with her and Your love to her. In that way, Father I pray You'll make this the best time in her life - through Jesus Christ our Lord.

Thank you all. She is a believer, though I don't know that she is born again. I too hope that this will draw her closer to Him.
