Please pray that my lower back will improve in the next day or two. I appear to have strained it yesterday morning somehow, and now it's difficult to move around, etc. We're supposed to go up to Coos Bay on the 24th to meet with Jane Walker there, then up to Florence, Or. the next day to meet with Pat & Paul. I don't want to miss that, but if this back isn't better I won't be able to.
Oh, Al! I know how a bad back can limit your movements! I'm asking our Heavenly Father to touch you with His wonderful healing hand.
Have you tried any of the pain patches? They weren't available when my back went out (4 days flat on my back in bed) but Gene always got some relief from them.
I too know about back problems. My back can put me out of commission without any warning and as fast as anything that bothers me.
I'll be praying for you Al. :thumbsup:
