I'm not sure how long this video will be up.  There is a short Nissan commercial first and then what I want you to see.

Barberville Baptist, in Waynesville (my hometown) burned this morning (is burning currently).

This was the church I was saved and baptized in.   :'(

Please pray for them.

Ohhhh, how very sad.

Yes, I will be praying for this fellowship of believers.

I'm so sorry Karma.

I'm sorry, Karma.  So many memories for you in that church building.  I'll pray.

Oh Father, it's not possible for us to know the reasons You have for allowing this fire to happen.  But it's certainly obvious that it is a time for the love of brothers and sisters in Your Son to be displayed in love, prayer, and good works for these dear people of Yours.  Oh I pray You'll do that.  Move Your people to much love for them, and make it obvious to the whole unbelieving community that You have moved Your people to such love.  Oh be glorified through all of this through Jesus our Lord.

Thank you for your prayers.

Some updated information --

The educational wing (classrooms, etc.), fellowship hall, and church offices were a total loss.  The roof collapsed on two of the three buildings.

Firefighters from every station reported to help fight the fires.  Because one of the firemen had attended the church nearly his whole life, he knew the layout exactly.  Because of this, he was able to effectively and efficiently direct the other firefighters, and the sanctuary was virtually untouched.

Their church sign, on one side read, "All we own is a loan from God."

There are a couple of pictures I took today at my blog.
