Please pray for our daughter a job. Her hours at her job just got cut from 40 to 20. She needs a job. She is a single mom who left an abusive situation. However, if she can't find a new job, her husband will take our grandson. He is our only grandchild. We are both retired and unable to help much, though we are doing what we can. I know God has a plan. Right now I am just struggling. I do not want to lose either one of them, our daughter or our grandons.
Thank you for your prayers. They mean so much to one like me who believes in prayer.
Grace and peace,
Becky
OK I am praying. God has the answer.
Indeed, God IS the answer ... and I am praying now, and will continue to pray that His perfect will be done ...
Just to let you know, I'll be praying also Becky.

I, too, am praying for the Lord's will in this situation. God bless!
Oh Father, You know how sin has battered us and bruised us. Oh I pray You'll place Your hand upon this situation and grant a job and income to supply this need. Oh grant it, Father, through our Lord Jesus Christ.
Thank you for your prayers. I pray too that you know how much they mean to me. I do not know how people live without them and in difficult times the knowlege someone is praying makes all the difference.
Grace and peace,
Becky
Becky, I'm sitting here and just wanted you to know that I just prayed for you and this situation.
Good morning, thank you Pat for your prayers. God has reminded me how He takes care of us in a couple of on-line devotions the last few days. Like most parents, I tend to worry when it is our children, more than self.
Blessings,
Becky
Becky I have and will continue to pray.
Still praying here, too, Becky.

... Like most parents, I tend to worry when it is our children, more than self.
Recently my daughter emailed something about herself that had me quite concerned. I told her I felt frustrated that I was so far away and could only walk the floor, cry, and pray ... She wrote back that she too was far away from her girls and worries about them too .... My response?
"That's what mothers do, Honey." No matter how old our children become ... we are always their mother! God made us that way. <3
Even when we don't talk to them we walk the floor, cry and pray!
Thank you for your prayers. Today she went to talk to a college counselor about trying to go to school if she is not going to be able to get a job. Tomorrow she has a job interview.
Jane, it has been interesting how much I have learned since she had a child. :) I have always heard that your parents get so much smarter once you have children yourself and I think that is true.
Blessings,
Becky
I've heard that too, Becky, that we get smarter! ;)
Thanks for keeping us informed. I know that the Lord knows all about the details and we really don't need them but it helps us when praying and we'll continue to pray.
God bless
Hi Becky,
I am so sorry to hear that your daughter's work hours were cut. I certainly understand this and how hard it is to get another job, especially one that is full time, anymore. It seems that full time jobs are getting scarcer. But if she keeps looking and trusts in the Lord, He will help her find something!
Dear Heavenly Father,
I lift up Becky's daughter to You, please help her find a job that gives her enough work hours so that she can keep her son. Help her to trust in You, that You are her provider, her Jehovah Jireh, and to not worry, but to act in faith, praising You for her new job! We trust in You, Lord and give You praise and thanksgiving. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
Would you please pray for Brandie? She has a job interview tomorrow. Thank you very much.
Blessings,
Becky
Thank you to each of you who have prayed for our Daughter and Grandson. So far she doesn't have a new job, however, she is still working at her old job. Thank you for your prayers. Knowing prayers are being lifted helps us a lot.
Becky
Becky,
I also am praying that Jesus will resolve this problem and His loving Will be done !!!
I hope she finds a job soon. I'll be praying.
