Jeanne, you are so important to so many. It's not just what you do for others, it's who you are. So many prayers have gone up for you since before we heard what happened. When Judy first stated getting worried, we started praying. I know the Lord has been with you through it all. Bless you, bless you, bless you, Ms Jeanne!
Jeanne, I have been praying for you from the first moment we began to notice your absence here ... you have to know you are loved and appreciated by many, many friends -- most of whom have never even met you "face to face" but know you by your ability to lift the spirits of those who are down and instruct in love all those needing your expertise.
You are a very special person and I'm praying you will feel the peace and comfort in our Father's arms as He holds you and sees you through these next days as you recuperate.

She is slowly recuperating. That is all I know. She has very limited internet, and Pat gets an occasional email. She is working hard to get home!!!

Jeanne is one very talented lady. She does a lot of work on CP and now I am trying to take up the slack, I am finding out just how much she does!

I truly believe one of the smartest things I've done in my life was to get involved with Christian Photographers. I thank our Heavenly Father for leading Pat to open this site and leading me here to find so many loving friends.
On Sunday, July 25 I began to feel poorly in the afternoon and by 1:00 a.m. or so I was in such dire straits I called the rescue squad. I remember nothing of the next hours but have been told I was "in trouble" during the emergency surgery for ruptured appendix. But the Lord was certainly in charge and I pulled through. After a week in icu and three days in a regular hospital room I was transferred to a rehab facility and I'll be going home from here on Friday morning.
Everyone here is amazed at the speed of my recovery, but we know, that's in the infallible hands of the Great Physician. I have been so comforted and uplifted by the prayers I knew were being said! And it's such a wonderful blessing to come here and read the posts of your prayers and good wishes.
Judy, my very special thanks to you for unraveling some of the snafu and letting my kids know what was going on.
It may take me a couple of days at home before I can get back to pulling my full weight here at CP, but with the Lord's help and strength, I'll soon be back to normal. (Or of course, as normal as I can ever be. ;) )

PRAISE GOD! PRAISE GOD!! PRAISE GOD!!! Our Jeanne is back!! It is SO GOOD to see your post, Jeanne! You are loved, and were missed and prayed for during this rough patch, and we are so happy to know you are making a supernaturally fast recovery! Isn't that just like our wonderful Lord?

Jeanne it is so good to see you back and see what an awesome God we serve. He has shortened your recovery time and brought you through a very traumatic time in your life. It is so good to see you, I am repeating myself but that is OK.
So glad you're back and on the mend. And I just cut and pasted your reply into an email for members of our home bible study, who have been praying here in Japan. ;D

Thanks, all, for the welcome back messages. I will be taking it a little slower and easier for a while, but be sure that, if it's the Lord's will, your prayers will soon bring me back "up to speed". I feel so thoroughly blessed by all of you! <3
