As Pastor Dennis often says during prayer time near the end of each month, some of us find ourselves in a position where there is more month at the end of money.

That certainly was the case for me, since I only worked 12 days in January and 5 in February.  With the 1st of the month coming closer and closer, I was concerned re mortgage payments, etc.   I made an appointment for yesterday with the loan officer at my credit union.  He had given me a short list of paperwork that I needed to bring along to the appointment, and I could not find the one piece anywhere, even after searching every drawer, cubby hole, and envelope I could find in my home. 

I ended up praying to God that He would make the way clear for me to get the loan, if that was His will.  Arrived at the appointment early and thought I would check my account balance.  I had more than enough in my account to cover the bills and groceries, so I didn't have to apply for a loan after all.

(Since this account is for my mortgage payments, which are deposited automatically from another account I have elsewhere, I rarely check the balance)

Praise the Lord for He is able, He is good, and He is aware of our every need.

What a true blessing you received, Bonnie!  Praise His name. 

I understand, more and more, the futility, the waste of time it is for us, as believers, to worry, but it is one thing that I have trouble releasing to Him, for sure.

Bonnie, such a blessing!  You're making me smile here.  I've had things like that happen.......and it's always like God just hugging me and reminding me that He loves me.
