Oldiesmann: I'm not aware of any Jenny. Not sure why activity has died down on this site so much though 2023-06-12, 00:06:36

JennyW: Also, does anyone know other photo sharing sites that are Christian? 2023-05-16, 08:47:03

JennyW: Hello Everyone! I really miss activity on this site. I've been discouraged by photography sites where you have to sort through so much explicit content in order to see photos that truly glorify God. I'd love to see this site pick up again. 2023-05-16, 08:46:36

Janet: Carol, I am just reading this.  So sorry for your loss, glad your beloved Don knew the Lord and you have the assurance of his eternity  and that you WILL see him again.  Much love to you.  Janet 2022-06-18, 08:49:36

Carol: Thankful:  Don is home from hospital.  I found him unconscious with head outside on the floor and the rest was in the shower.  At the same moment, one son was walking through the front door to visit.  Two fire trucks came racing in and they took over After 2021-12-29, 22:01:26

Greetings To My Lovely Friends!

I know I come by every now and then but believe me, there is Summer turmoil going on in my house what with my sixteen year old getting ready for his first missions trip. Most of it will be inside cities and the last place will be to Jamaica! ( Dont worry, I tried my best to see if they needed chaperones or entertainment, but they said they were all set!)
Seriously, this is the first time he will be away from me for an entire season as I began to raise him as an infant.
I am trying to give him wings without holding out my scissors at the same time! He is a shy and handsome lad and is not the least bit suspecting of bad people...folks warned me of this when I began raising him in the suburbs...but its not the area we live in,  it is Mikey's heart that is so good and he often gets taken advantage of because of it. Still, he must go out into the world, and if I bite what is left of my fingernails off while he is gone, think of what my hands will look like when he struts off to college!!
I shall wear gloves for a year until the skin grows back! LOL

Please pray that we will both survive this and that I will use the time to continue to get closer to God and get some writing done and some things accomplished. Please pray also that I will learn while Mikey is learning and that this transition is the jumping off place for many others that come naturally. I say this with a big stupid lump in my throat.

Now, I have a BIG PRAISE report! A situation involving my youngest son has been resolved and believe me, we have prayed for TEN YEARS for a breakthrough. I will nt give the enemy airtime by going into detail but my son is finally free. No, he was not in jail. This is another kind of freedom! I just want to praise and thank our dear Lord for His faithfulness and for His MERCY!  Oh Wow! I could just keep weeping these tears of joy!

There have been many releases and breakthroughs lately and I just cannot find all of the words I need but please know that I never forget this group or all of you who have prayed with and for us.
Im not always here because I have a lot to do...but feel free to write to me sometimes at ZisSAVED@aol.com
where some of you already do!

Im more likely to be found there, but I promise that I will visit more often. I feel close to you all and pray for you even when I am not visible! God is good, is He not?

Love and Blessings!

Oh, YES indeed!! God is good ... all the time!!

Thanks, ZEE for your report and prayer request.  I know what it is to have to watch as the young eaglet finds its wings and ability to fly.  Yes, your finger tips may be bloody but it will all be healed when God shows Himself as the Protector, Counsellor, Advocate, Father, and Almighty God!  He will hold you close to Himself, as well, as this transition for Mikey takes place.

I am with you in expressing gratitude for what God has done in your son's life.  Praise God ... He is always faithful and right on time!

Take comfort in knowing that our loving Heavenly Father is always ready, willing and able to keep that which you have commited unto Him against that day!!

Lovingly in Jesus, Jane

Zeebers, good to see you posting and read your praise reports.  The Lord will look after your grandson this summer.  This should be a good experience for him.  Also glad to read of the praise regarding your son.  Hope we see more of you here.

Thank You, Father, for this missions trip.  I pray You'll teach this young man much and deeply during this season away.  Oh Father, by Your Spirit, draw him into daily (and hourly) fellowship with Thee, and establish him in this for the rest of his life.  And, oh Father, how gracious You are - and powerful and loving and merciful!  Thank You for what You are doing in this young life You have freed from whatever bonds were upon him.  Oh make him aware that it's You - through Jesus our Lord.

Zee, how are you doing? And, how are your children?
