   Hi to all this is from Gordon  I have a major prayer request for myself.   On Saturday morning Iwoke up and hada very stiff middle finger and could not move it.  As the day progressed it got worse.  Sunday morning I got up and I could not move any of my fingers but i had commitments so Iwent to church and then at the end of church my hand was also swollen so I WENT TO a walk in clinic and the doctor sent me to the emerg.   It took eight and a half hours to get in and the pain was unreal.

SO I SAW THE SURGEON ON Monday and i have fluid around the tendons which causes the pain and the swelling so they gave me some antibiotics and I also have a half cast on and Iwill see the surgeon this Thursday.  Please pray as the pain is terrible. Thank you .Gordon.

Gord I ray the pain, swelling, inflammation and whatever is the cause of all that be removed NOW, in the Strong and Mighty name of Jesus!  May you feel His peace like a warm blanket wrapped around you, and have healing, restful, restorative sleep tonight, in the name of Jesus, Amen.

Gord, I hope I didn't garble the information in the Thoughts folder and now see you had provided a better description than I could remember.  I hope you will be able to rest tonight and the swelling will soon decrease so you can get rid of that cast.  I will be praying for you and Noreen.  I enjoyed our talk this afternoon.

Hello Gord.... I read about the symptoms.... sounds very painful. I'm glad to hear you are having it attended to. 8 1/2 hours.... grrrr.
Please stay in touch and let us know how you are doing....

I am praying for you and the easing of the pain and that God will provide you with a full recovery.

Don't you wonder sometimes why that place is called the EMERGENCY room?  If it were a real, life-threatening emergency, the patient would DIE in 8 1/2 hours!  Good grief.

Judy, it is pretty  common in the States, too, but I'm just saying.....do they not know the meaning of the word EMERGENCY??
