Jane my sister in law.
Devoted mother of a eight year old boy and so in love with her husband.
They sponsor children in the third world through Christian Aid.
My heart is heavy looking at her little boy waiting for his mother to come home again.
Finally after complaining of pains in her tummy for the last twelve months and having two internal inspections and told she was clear her doctor told her irritable bowel syndrome.. She has now been told she has a tumor. Having been admitted to hospital with what she described as child bearing pains she was told she would be treated as a outpatient. A friend advised her to stay in that bed or she would not been seen for six weeks. So they moved her to the geriatric ward. No sleep or rest there. Scan a week later!!!! Yes a week!! Resulted in a tumor.
We will send you to the other hospital they told her. She was sat on the chair waiting for the ambulance next to her bed told it would take her at seven pm she waited until one in the morning and was told she would not be going now they eventually took her the next afternoon at one thirty after sitting in the ambulance waiting room for over two hours. Not on a bed but on a chair. Remember this is a Lady with a tumor!!!
Eventually Jane arrived at the hospital and the operation is to commence on Friday this is two weeks in hospital. She has been told that part of her bowel will be removed and intesttine and they will look at if it has spread.
I collected her myself from hospital twice the last time was December 23rd. She informed myself and Sheila she still had the pains but was told everything was clear.
With cancer being in the family she went to the gene pool and the test proved she had the cancer gene. The gene pool now want to know why with the knowledge gained from the gene test it was not followed up with other tests.
She has been badly treated.
I ask for prayers for Jane her son and my brother and her family to help them through this ordeal and that Jane regains the health and fitness she deserves and is once again very soon walking the hills and moorland she loves so much.
I know the good lord will not desert her in her hour of need.
Alan
Oh Alan I am praying right now.
Praying for this need and asking for God's healing touch to be iin her body
