Title: Send them in Lord and he did.
Post by: outbackjack on June 03, 2007, 10:29:53 PM
Saturday night after a full day of First Aid training Pastor Marg Quentin and myself had a prayer time for the Sunday service. We prayed on many things, did some warfare type prayer and I asked God to set the kids free so that they can come to church. Bring them in Lord. I went hiome and never thought about what would happen next day if some more did come in. i failed to prepare. Sunday 3 kids turned up. Two without parents, they were just out riding their bikes and they came in and stayed for church, for Sunday School and for a cuppa after. I did go shopping before church so I was stacked up on eats.

One of these boys does not know a thing about the Bible and parents do not go to church at all the other boy once visited us with a friend who came to church just for something to do.

Now I will be more open to getting prepared for God actually answering our parayers quickly.

We are finding as we pray to bind the dark spiritual powers in the heavenly realm - Ephesians 6 we are getting breakthrough. Things once hidden are manifesting and we praise God for this, even though it can dirupt the status quo it means God is starting to set our members free of things that have bound them. Things are happening here but we are small house church, but we have church in an old shop on the mainstreet. So pleae uphold us in your prayers.

I am praying Tracy. That God will open new doors for you with the kids and give you witty ideas and great wisdom in your reaching them. Spiritual warfare is so powerful in changing things and people. Now is the time of refershing and renewing. Be prepared Sister.
