Chicken Soup With Curry
1 boneless skinless chicken breast
2 Tbls. olive oil
1/2 yellow onion
2-3 cloves garlic
1 can chicken broth
4 cups water
2 teas. curry
medium amount of thin spaghetti (broken into small pieces) or egg noodles.
Cook chicken breast in oilve oil until no pink is showing, remove from pan and put on a plate to cool. Saute chopped onion, chopped garlic, add chicken broth. Cut chicken into cubes add to pot. Bring to a boil add curry and noodles. Boil 15 minutes.
Serves 4
Marilyn ~ This sounds soooo good. I hope your cold is much better and you may resume working Monday without fear of giving it to your clients.
Thank you Etta Sue. I made up this soup to eat when I am not feeling up to par. It sure clears the head. Jewish people are famous for all illness'ss. Of course so are the southern people here in the good ole US of A. I needed something light but good.This recipe is good for the person who lives alone.

This soup recipe sounds good Marilyn., I will double the recipe for Norm and I.... don't think I'll double the curry though....what do you think?
Marilyn, It looks good but I hate curry...ouch! Sorry!
I could try it though minus the curry powder as I like the noodles variety.
