Title: Curried Chicken Vegetable Soup

This is something I just put together today I hope you like it  is sooooo good. It is made in a smaller portion for 1 or 2 people.

Curried Chicken Vegetable Soup

1 Chicken breast cubed
1 can chicken broth
1/3 to 1/2 cup diced onion
4 cloves garlic diced
2 stalks celery diced
1 can veg-all
1 cup water
1 1/2 teas. curry powder
2 tbls oilve oil
1 teas. Braggs liquid Amino (replaces the salt)

Saute the garlic, onion celery and  chicken in the olive oil and Braggs liquid. Add Chicken broth and water, add everything else. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer 30 minutes. Serve with Garlic bread. Makes about 4-5 cups.

Sounds good!  Betcha I could even do this one ... or a variation on the theme
