Lemon Lovers Delight Dressing
1/2-3/4 cup of lemons
1 TBSP of Flax Seed Oil
& finely chop 1-3 cloves garlic
&
Fill to top with Extra Virgin Olive Oil
*Note you can add some Parsely to it for a green look. Parsely tastes good in most things.
**Note:
I put this over my potatoes to make a German/Greek Potatoe Salad.Â
Or I use it over Red Cabagge finely chopped in the food processor.Â
So, there's two recipe's, besides regular Salad that ya can add this dressing to, a total of 3.

Call me dense...but is that 1/2-3/4 cup of lemons JUICE? Then when you say...Fill to top with Extra Virgin Olive Oil....the top of what?
I love the taste of Lemons so I will try this when.....

Call Me whatever you want, but late 4 dinner. LOL. Yes, 1/2 if you aren't as crazy about lemon's as I am. 3/4 a cup if you are crazy about lemon's. Then put in the seed's, etc....... & top off with Extra Virgin Oil.
