1 Nappa Cabbage (finely Chopped)
5 green onions (I used less it depends on size)
2 pkg. Mr Noodles (or just noodles)
1/2 cup sun flower seeds
1 small pkg. almonds (I used 1/2 cup)
1/2 cup butter or marg.
Brown noodles ( crush first), seeds and nuts in butter or marg.
mix with cabbage & onion
DRESSING
1 cup salad oil
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup white vinegar
Do not add dressing until time to eat.
Depending on the size of cabbage and also how large the family I would even suggest cutting the above in half.
