Spaghetti Slaw
8 oz. pkg. Angel Hair Pasta, cooked, rinsed in cold water & drained
1 pkg. Cole Slaw mix (from salad section of the store)
1 small purple onion, chopped (use only 1/3 of the onion)
2 med. Bunches of broccoli, chopped (not full heads—bunches)
Mix all of the above together well.
Dressing:
½ C. Sugar
1 C. mayonnaise
1 jar of Marzetti cole slaw dressing.
Mix all dressing ingredients together well. Pour over pasta mixture. Refrigerate.
Mmm sounds really good Etta Sue I will have to make some.
I've been wishing for a good pasta salad recipe. Soon I'll be yelling "Order's up!!" :)
