Marilyn - those costumes took a lot of material!
They certainly did, much more that the person buying it expected. She had to go back and get more twice.
They all look lovely, Marilyn. I had wondered what kind of costumes you were making, now I see they are mostly angels. I hope the wings were purchased! How many total costumes did you make?
Yes Janet the wings were purchased. I made 9 angel costumes and the Jesus costume.
Great work, Marilyn. I like it that the costumes are shiny. Angels should be shiny!!
It's not easy to sew on "shiny" material ... I'm impressed.
The Angel costumes are Satin and Jesus costume is taffeta.
Look like a very nice job that you did and that it added a lot to the presentation.

I could tell ... I know how satin slips and slides around :-\ Not easy to cut a pattern either. Whoever did that for all those costumes should be commended, too.
;) The costumes are fantastic and they look beautiful on the kids.
The Lord bless you for all the work that you have done for this pagent. <3
Lovely job you did, Marilyn!
:) PAT: Those pictures are amazings of your grandson and also of geordie he has not changed much and he is your buddy thanks for sharing your time at Jacks resting place. God Bless sis. <3
I was also going to make a comment about how difficult it is to sew shiny stuff. But, I really don't know that from experience, i just figured it was. Those look awesome. the best part is that they can be used year after year.
You did an awesome job!!!
