What a wonderful smile.  He is an adorable youngster.  How old is he!   He sure looks happy.

He's about three in that picture.   His dad is a very big, very tough motorcycle cop, a nice guy, but no one you'd want to mess with.   I found this moment of tenderness an interesting contrast.

Yes a tender moment.  In reality most cops and truck drivers are big softies at heart.  They just don't want anyone knowing it. 

We have about 5 police officers at our church and it is interesting to watch them.

And Yes I am a people watcher!

I know.   I used to volunteer for the Muscular Dystrophy Summer Camp, in which kids with MD got to do camp things like campfires, swimming, and so on.   I don't think we could have done it, without all the Dallas cops who used their vacation time to help.   God bless 'em.
