Title: Innocence
Post by: Pat on May 06, 2007, 10:39:08 AM

Yesterday we went to the Farmer's Market in St. Jacob's and we (AnnaBanana's mother and I) were trying out our zoom lenses from across the parking lot.

This one I call

Innocence

So simple, and yet so deep.   Like your subject, I suppose.   Nice work, Pat.

I'm sure that I could have cropped off the lighter areas but I was happy to get her face details from so far away.  People were walking in front of me between my subject and the camera.

One could nitpick about the composition, but it would miss the point.  You caught the perfect expression, and got a great portrait.

I'm wondering if you tried this as a black and white.   It might be even more powerful.

I think I'll try that.

I'll post it when I do.  Thanks for the suggestion.
