This is a terrific photo of Ken.

I'm going to let him tell us about the sweet little girl.

This is my 6 year old only daughter.  She is the apple of my eye.  This photo was taken Memorial weekend so she is a little older and I am a little thinner(lost 20 pounds).

Ken, she's certainly a sweetie.  She looks as if she's happy to be with Daddy.

I hope that you go to the Weight Loss Support Group on here and tell us how you lost 20 lb.!  That's great!
