Mrs. Grundy, who just turned 100 years led our Sunday service with prayer. A dinner birthday celebration was held the saturday afternoon before. This lady a firm believer in the Lord is a true prayer warrior, dont believe me call her somr time with a problem and see.....

Wow! I doubt I will live to be that old, but if I do I pray that I will still be serving God. So many people retire from their secular work and at the same time retire from the Lord's work as well, thinking they've done enough. But...we can never do enough for our rock and our redeemer! And, prayer is such a key part of the Lord's work...we can do it no matter what our health status is.

I thank you all for your kind responses. Folks like her are a real rarity today and thats a shame. But if we keep on a going the way the Lord wants us to we may be able to add to his kingdom/
