my oh my ya'll have been talkitive today! i've been gone most of the day with my family! please be in prayer for my church still as it is still undergoing a "transformation" so to say with it's problems. our youth group is going to an FFH concert tomorrow which will be fun but a long day. well just thought i'd stop in and say hi!

Oh you all don't know it just bring tears to my eyes to see such a sweet caring group. Thank you so much for such a warm welcome.
No, I am not at work right now, I am off on Friday and Saturday nights.
I am sooooo grateful to find  a group of Christians online, God must have known exactly what I needed tonight :)

Oh, Suzanne, you thrill my heart tonight!  I've had a pretty sad day today with a neighbour who is dying from cancer and he doesn't know my Saviour.  He's been a very dear friend along with his wife for many years and now he's only got a few days left on this earth.

When my hubby was very ill, Larry was my dear buddy who did all the "man" things around my house outside like trimming bushes, and putting up Christmas lights, etc.

I'm so glad you came, Suzanne.  You'll find a great group here.

What do you work at?  It's nice you have internet access while you're at work.

Pat I am a medical laboratory technologist (I work in a hospital laboratory). I am not sure I can post from work but I sure can read the posts that are here :)
I am so sorry about your neighbor, I will keep him in my prayers as well.

I am a single mom of 3 wonderful kids 22, 19 and 9 so I can imagine how much it meant to have someone to do the "man" things, I havent' had that in awhile.

Well, there are several in here that can relate to your situation, Suzanne.  I'm now a widow and life can be difficult without hubby around.

Pretty soon, (about 5 minutes from now), I'll be locking this topic and opening a new one as you've probably noticed each night.  

I hope you stay around and post in the new one that is for Sunday.
