These little fellas are part of a family consisiting of two mother Racoons and 5 babies. At the place I was working in Trinidad Ca., The lady there would put cat food in a dishpan and set it on the porch for the Racoons to come and eat.

Probably a good idea to keep the racoons fed with what you want them to have, rather than let them scavenge through the garbage cans. ;D Excellent picture of them, Marilyn.
Pat: Thanks, I fixed it here.
I can see you are getting full use out of your new camera and computer!
Good picture of the babies!
Great picture of the raccoons, Marilyn!!! My husband caught a baby once. They are sooooo cute!!!
I just love those critters. Mike and I went to the store one evening about a month ago and we walked my this car. It had 3 dogs and a raccoon in it...I was quite funny to see that little guy in there with all those big dogs. He was getting into trouble to...eating photos and other papers he had on his dash.
I used to have a raccoon as a pet... The dog and the raccoon were the best of friends. During the day while my husband and I were at work, the raccoon would unlatch the clasp tying the dog to the stake outside the house...and they would lope merrily over the hills of Wisconsin until we came home and a neighbor would call us to tell us to come and pick up our unlikely pair!
Cute. You did say Trinidad CALIFORNIA didn't you? Where is that near?
It is inbetween Orick to the north and McKinleyville to the south. 8 miles from me.
Have you seen anymore racoons lately, Marilyn?
