South Beach Chicken Recipe ~ Baked Chicken Dijon
4 TBLSP. Dijon mustard (since I had no dijon I used goldens mustard )
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 TBLSP. oil
1 tsp. Italian Seasoning or 1/2 tsp. oregano & 1/2 tsp. tarragon
4 boneless chicken breasts
Mix all the ingredients together except for the chicken into a large bowl. Then, take your chicken & place it into the mixture & with your hands spread it all around & coat the chicken really good. Then place it back into the refrigerator & marinate for about 1 hour. Then, bake in a 375 degree oven for 20 - 30 minutes until done.
