Number of servings Four 1½ cup servings
Ingredients
6 All Natural Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs, 24 oz.
1can 100% Natural Diced Tomatoes-no Salt Added*14.5 Oz . Drained
¼ Cup Chopped Yellow Onion,
½ Cup Chopped Celery
1 Bell Pepper - Green, Raw, Organic,
1Cup Carrots - sliced
3 Cloves Garlic
1 Cup Elbow Macaroni Noodles Dry
Pinch Crushed Red Chili Pepper Flakes, 1/8 teaspoon
1 heaping tsp Italian Seasoning,
Calories Per Serving: 302
Put everything in the Crock pot except the noodles, cook for 8 hours. When done cook your noodles and add those, Each serving is 1½ cups
