PUMPKIN CUSTARD
4 ounces of Pumpkin
1/2 cup Evaporated Skim Milk
2 packets of artificial sweetener
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie spice
Combine all ingredients and whip. Place in small baking dish. Bake 1 hour @ 350 degrees. 1 serving.
Hey this sounds good.
What kind of sweetener packets are you using? Splenda is the BESTEST.
I use Splenda too but this recipe was an old one that I had and probably then it was only Sweet 'n' Low or Equal!!!
