Pumpkin-Maple Pudding

1 envelope of Gelatin...like Knox unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup Cold Water
16 ounces canned Pumpkin
1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/3 cup Dry Milk
1 teaspoon Maple flavoring
Artificial sweetener to equal 4 teaspoons sugar

Sprinkle gelatin over cold water to soften.  Combine gelatin, pumpkin, cinnamon, dry milk, maple flavoring and sugar in a blender; run at medium until smooth.  Place in custard cups.  Place cups in baking pan.  Slowly pour hot water in pan to a depth of 1/2 inch.  Bake @ 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Serves 4.
