Title: Sweet Potatoes with Rosemry and Garlic

Sweet Potatoes with Rosemary and Garlic

Servings: 4
Preparation Time: 10 min.
Cooking Time: 55 min. 
 
Ingredients:
1 Lbs. sweet potato or yam, scrubbed and cut into 0-1/2 inch thick slices
2 Tbs. olive oil
1/2 tsp. rosemary, or 1 Tbs. fresh, chopped
6 clove garlic, unpeeled and flattened

This Recipe is considered:
Low Cholesterol
Low Sodium

Cooking Directions:
Preheat oven to 400° F. Combine all ingredients and salt and pepper to taste in a large baking dish. Bake 55-60 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and crusty, stirring occasionally. Discard garlic before serving.

I love sweet potatoes.  This sounds sooooo good!
