Title: Autumn Sunbeams
Post by: Summicron on April 25, 2009, 09:48:56 PM
In autumn, down in the local woods, Sunyhurst woods, and it was certainly sunny this particular day, you are in a steep sided valley, and the sun needs to be practically overhead before its rays touch the bottom of the woods, certainly true on a November day as here.

Beautiful!  That's a framer!  It's very reminiscent of this guy http://photo.net/photos/rarindra

Used an Olympus OM 1, with a 50mm lens, the film I think was Kodak Ektar 100 extra colour slide.

gjtoth, had a look over at this guys work, some atmospheric shots in that portfolio, could do with a lot more countryside like thad round here.

What a beautiful shot.  I would be pleased to have made this shot.  I would also consider framing it, the mood is so peaceful.
