Title: Facelift For The Town Hall Clock

Town hall clock tower all scaffolded up ready for some major renovation, I was struck by the rich colours of the scaffolding and the blue netting going up around the structure, I included the face of the old man looking on, the ornamentation always looks like the face of an old man with a beard, and a curious Chinese style hat.
