Title: Four Trees
Post by: Summicron on May 03, 2009, 09:11:46 PM
Four trees on the banks of a lodge at the bottom end of our Sunnyhurst Woods, seem to be contentedly watching the ducks enjoying the warm autumn sunshine.

I could be content here.  Nice color.

Showed John this one as he was preparing for work.  His comment."He has good definition, what camera does he use?"

My comment was I could sit at that bank and totally relax.

Well done!

Tell him a Leica M6 + 50mm Summicron. You can't sit there as there are railings between where I was shooting from, and the lodge itself. I was using the railings to brace the camera.

OK will do.  Too bad about the raillings, a bench or two would be nice for passerby's

There are on the path where I was, in fact there's one just behind me, that lodge is both private fishing, and is a danger to young children as it is a very popular spot, further up they can paddle in the brook that runs through the woods, and the paddling pool.

I does look as though the embankment is quite steep.  I found the individual shapes of the trees very interesting.   And I'm sure this little fellow would find the fence quite frustrating!  :dogrun:
