I finally was able to take a picture of my pond that I like. I owe most of it to the lens I borrowed this weekend. 50mm is the widest I'm capable of, so it was a bit of a relief to have an 18-55mm lens to play with for a couple of days.

I found this in the small section of lawn between the road and my pond. I had to shoot it. :)

The colour of the flowers in the last one are gorgeous and it looks like your first one has pretty good focus on those weed thingies...they are quite interesting looking.
