Title: Stuck Indoors
Post by: Summicron on February 27, 2010, 08:10:59 PM
This is what came down at Christmas, and and apart from odd days when I could get persuade a taxi to come and take me into town I was stuck indoors, now the snow was not as thick as some of the stuff you lot have, but I injured my knee many years ago, which has left it weak and prone to buckle under me, so the idea of going out in the snow is not one I relish, and after four weeks of this stuff without a visit or phone call from anyone, I began to feel pretty withdrawn, that's why I haven't posted anything for ages. Cabin fever I think its called in the north American wilds, sure felt like it. as far as snow pictures were concerned, I did about two hanging out the bedroom window.

The scene never varied much from this from day to day, I just thought the bush was attractive, but not exactly creative. Its just took me a while to come round after the isolation.

I can just imagine you hanging out a bedroom window taking pictures.

You were missed here, as were your marvelous pictures.  Many have asked for you during the time you were absent.

These pictures are wonderful.  I forgot that the UK had that kind of snow.  Well done!

Snow, huh?  I have to admit I've seen plenty of it the past couple of weeks.  But it is pretty.   ;)  But please!  be careful hanging out of that window!   :D

I can see it too!!! Know what you feel like Summicron. Usually I just stay in the house and avoid going out unless I see road or black-indicating they have just ashed and cindered. This year-I decided to be brave... ???  ;)
