Great capture, Buddy! Were you in a blind? I've gotten a few eagle shots they go up and down  the creek and at a park near here but its hit n miss seeing them. My hubby wants to have blind so that I can capture a shot like this, I just don't know if I can sit and wait that long. Maybe if I get to know their habits better, like at this spot or that spot at this/that time....

No, I don't use a blind.  I stand on the bank of the river and just wait.
