I believe it is a cocatiel.
My dad would know what bird this is. He likes birds.
Is the bird wild? If not, you did a great job of hiding the background distractions that would make it look domestic.
I once had a pair of parakeets. I named them chirpy and tweety. A friend of mine used to joke and call them "breakfast and lunch." I told him that he would starve lol. Nice capture of this beautiful cockatiel. :)

That's a handsome one! We have a domesticated one, she's a little mentally challenged (if you can say that about a bird) and is quite the character.
